Pursuant to Decision No. 1158/QD-SGDHN dated 28/10/2024, HNX announces the stock is under trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: Vinam JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: CVN
- Effective date: 31/10/2024
- Reason: The Company delayed submission of the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 (Consolidate and Seperate) over 45 days since due date.
- Trading restriction: Only trading on Friday weekly
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Section 1, Article 39 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 1072/QD-SGDHN dated 07/10/2024 by Hanoi Stock Exchange.

- Effective date: 31/10/2024
- Reason: the Company delayed in submitting reviewed semi-annual Financial Statements 2022 (Consolidate and Separate) over 30 days according to regulations, also delayed in submitting audited Financial Statements 2022 and 2023 (02 years in a row).
- Applicable law(s): Point g and h, Section 1, Article 38 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On 28/10/2024, HNX announces the status of Vinam JSC (stock code: CVN) as follows: 
-  CVN shares are undertrading suspension based on No. 1071/QD-SGDHN dated 07/10/2024 as the Company delayed submission of the Audited Semi-annual Financial Statements 2023 over 6 months since due date, and made recurring violations on information disclosure following the decision to be put under trading restriction.
-  CVN shares are under trading restriction based on Decision No. 1158/QD-SGDHN dated 28/10/2024 as The Company delayed submission of the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 (Consolidate and Seperate) over 45 days since due date.
-  CVN shares are under trading suspervision based on No. 1157/QD-SGDHN dated 28/10/2024 as the Company delayed in submitting reviewed semi-annual Financial Statements 2022 (Consolidate and Separate) over 30 days according to regulations, also delayed in submitting audited Financial Statements 2022 and 2023 (02 years in a row).
