SPI: Notice on stock status

* Stock under trading restriction:
Following Decision No. 1161/QD-SGDHN dated 28/10/2024, HNX announces the stock under trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer:  Spiral Galaxy Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SPI
- Effective date: 31/10/2024
- Reason: The company was late in submitting the Reviewed Seperate and Consolidate Semi-annual Financial statement 2024 over 45 days since due date.
- Trading restriction: Only trading on Friday weekly
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Section 1, Article 39 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
- This decision replaces Decision No. 1076/QD-SGDHN dated 7/10/2024 of HNX.

* Maintain stock under supervision status:
On 29/10/2024, following DecisionNo. 1162/QD-SGDHN dated 28/10/2024, HNX announces the stock maintain under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: Spiral Galaxy Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SPI
- Effective date: 31/10/2024
- Reason: Profit after tax 2022 and 2023 was negative .
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1, Article 38 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 1076/QD-SGDHN dated 07/10/2024 by Hanoi Stock Exchange.

On 28/10/2024, HNX announces the status of Spiral Galaxy Joint Stock Company (stock code: SPI) as follows: 
- SPI shares are under alert under Decision No. 1075/QD-SGDHN dated 07/10/2024 as Undistributed Profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 to Consolidated Financial Statements 2023 was negative
-  SPI shares are under supervision under Decision No. 1162/QD-SGDHN dated 28/10/2024 as Profit after tax 2022 and 2023 was negative
-  SPI shares are under trading restriction based on Decision No. 1161/QD-SGDHN dated 28/10/2024 as The Company delayed submission of the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 (Consolidate and Seperate) over 45 days since due date.
