SRA: Stock under trading restriction and Notice on the stock status

Following Decision No. 1160/QD-SGDHN dated 28/10/2024, HNX announces the stock under trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: SARA Vietnam Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SRA
- Effective date: 31/10/2024
- Reason: The company was late in submitting the Reviewed Seperate and Consolidate Semi-annual Financial statement 2024 over 45 days since due date.
- Trading restriction: Only trading on Friday weekly
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Section 1, Article 39 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
- This decision replaces Decision No. 1073/QD-SGDHN dated 7/10/2024 of HNX.

-  SRA shares are under alert according to Decision No. 1074/QD-SGDHN dated 07/10/2024 due to the auditor has qualified opinions to Consolidated Financial Statements 2023.
-  SRA shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No.1160/QD-SGDHN dated 28/10/2024 due to the company was late in submitting the Reviewed Seperate and Consolidate Semi-annual Financial statement 2024 over 45 days since due date.
