SJF: Transferring registration, depository data of SJF shares from HOSE to UPCOM

- Total number of registered securities: 79,200,000 shares
- Total value of registered securities: 792,000,000,000 VND
From 01/11/2024, VSDC will transfer data of registration and depository of SJF shares from HOSE to UPCOM on VSDC's system.
Reason: Shares of Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company are delisted on HOSE in accordance with the Decision no. 597/QĐ-SGDHCM by Hochiminh Stock Exchange and are not cancelled the status of a public company subject to trading registration on UPCOM in accordance with provisions of Article 133, Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government.
