MGC: Cancellation of record date for Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2024

Pursuant to the Document No. 1393/TB-DCM dated 23/10/2024 of Vinacomin - Mining Geology Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2024, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:

Reason for cancellation: Because the company's document preparation has not been completed
