MBB: Transfer of Ownership for 6,329,996 shares

According to document No. 6938/UBCK-PTTT dated 15/10/2024 by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam and the dossier of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank for ownership transfer of MBB shares, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce completion of ownership transfer of  6,329,996 shares from 99 individuals to the Trade Union of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, details in the attachment.
