- Issuer: VNECO8 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: VE8
- Effective date: 27/08/2024
- Reason: The Company kept violating information disclosure obligations over 4 times in a single year
- Other reasons: Undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 is negative and the auditor gave qualified opinions on the Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Applicable law(s): Points b, c and h Section 1 Article 37 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Corporation shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 390/QD-SGDHN dated 15/04/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on VE8 stock under continued alert.
