CST: Second 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: 12/2024 tentatively
- Meeting venue: Level-1 Meeting room No. 1, Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company - TKV, group 1, Cao Son 2 quarter, Cam Son ward, Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh province
- Meeting agenda: discussion and approval of:
+ Meeting agenda
+ Working regulation of the meeting
+  Approval of the dismissal and appointment of members of the Supervisory Board of the company for 2020-2025 term.
- Dismissing  1 member of the Supervisory Board of Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company - TKV for 2020-2025 term for Ms. Le Thi Kim Dung, reason: Ms. Le Thi Kim Dung stops being TKV's representative and being the member of the Supervisory Board; Ms. Le Thi Kim Dung submitted a resignation which  was approved.
- Electing 1 additional member of the Supervisory Board of Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company - TKV for 2020-2025 term to replace Ms. Le Thi Kim Dung who resigned.
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 22/11/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
