KDH: Adjustment of information of Notification on the transfer date of shares subject to listing change

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) has issued Notice No. 4457/TB-VSDC dated 08/11/2024, regarding the notification on the transfer date of shares subject to listing change of Khang Dien House Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (KDH), VSDC corrects the information as follows:

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to notify all Depository members to follow and make transfer of the above shares from the trade pending accounts to trading accounts for clients (if any) on 13/11/2024 (share issuance in accordance with ESOP)

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to notify all Depository members to follow and make transfer of the above shares from the trade pending accounts to trading accounts for clients (if any) on 13/11/2024 (Issuing shares to pay 2023 dividends to existing shareholders, record date 18/10/2024 and share issuance in accordance with ESOP)
Other contents in the Notice no.4457/CNVSDC dated 08/11/2024 by VSDC's Branch remain unchanged.
