          - Exercise rate: 100:8 (shareholders receive 08 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
          - Rounding plan, plan to handle fractional shares: The number of additional shares issued to pay dividends when distributing to shareholders will be rounded down to the nearest unit. Fractional shares arising from rounding down (if any) will be canceled.
             For example: On the record date for issuing additional shares to pay dividends, shareholder Nguyen Van A currently owns 165 shares. At that time, shareholder A will receive an additional amount of: (165*8)/100 = 13.2 shares. According to the plan to handle fractional shares, the number of shares that shareholder A will receive after rounding down to the nearest unit is 13 shares, 0.2 fractional shares will be canceled.
