DHN: Change in personnel

Hanoi Pharma Joint - Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Ms. Nguyen Dieu Trinh has been reappointed Chair of the BOD for the term 2021-2025 with effect since 14/11/2024;
- Ms. Nguyen Dieu Trinh and Mr. Dao Dinh Tam have been reappointed Member of the BOD for the term 2021-2025 with effect since 14/11/2024;
- Ms. Bui Thi Minh Tam and Mr. Ngo Hong Minh have been dismissed from Member of the BOD with effect since 14/11/2024.
