VBB: Payment of 2024 stock dividend for raising capital

- Payment rate: 100:25 (Shareholders are entitled to 25 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: The number of additionally issued shares will be rounded down to the unit, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed
- For example: On the record date, Shareholder A who owns 110 shares is entitled to receive 27.5 shares (115 x 25/100 = 27.5). According to the rounding principle, Shareholder A will receive 27 shares. The 0.5 fractional shares will be removed
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the office of the Board of Directors of Vietbank, level 11, Lim 2 building, no.62A Cach Mang Thang 8, Vo Thi Sau ward, district 3, Hochiminh city.
·     For individual shareholders: ID card/personal identification number for shareholders with Vietnamese nationality; Passport/documents that can replace passports for shareholders without Vietnamese nationality.
·     For institutional shareholders: ID cards/personal identification number for legal representatives, authorized representatives who are individuals with Vietnamese nationality; Passport or documents that can replace passports for legal representatives, authorized representatives who are individuals without Vietnamese nationality; Authentication documents for legal representatives, authorization documents of the authorizing organization in accordance with regulations for cases of authorized representation.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
