CCL: Change of cash dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no. 147/TB.HĐQT.PVCL.24 dated 20/11/2024 of Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation (securities code: CCL) regarding changing 2023 cash dividend payment, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce change of cash dividend payment time of CCL shares (the record date: 25/10/2024) as follows:

Reason: Due to difficulties in production and business operations and debts not collected as planned for payment of 2023 dividend  as announced.
Other information in the notice no. 1853/TB-CNVSD dated 03/10/2024 of CNVSDC remain unchanged.
