Decision on the stock remains under trading restriction
Following Decision No. 1214/QD-SGDHN dated November 21, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of BT6 stock as follows: 
- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2024
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company’s equity is negative on Reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2024
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday 
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, BT6 must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.1043/GD-SGDHN dated 04/10/2024

Notice of stock status
On October 4, 2024, HNX announces the status of Beton 6 Corporation’s shares (stock code: BT6) as follows:
- BT6 shares remains under trading restriction due to the company’s equity is negative on Reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2024, according to the provisions at Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- BT6 shares was put under trading suspension according to Decision No.818/QD-SGDHN dated 16/07/2024 due the company did not have any remedy to overcome the reason for trading restriction according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of Law on Securities, as prescribed in Points e Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
