 - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares:  Viet Nam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Address: Fl.11, Lim 2 building, # 62A Cach mang thang 8 str., Ward 6,  District 3, Hochiminh City) on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
