HAC: Information disclosure on maximum foreign ownership rate

On 21/11/2024, Hai Phong Securities Joint Stock Company announced Official Dispatch No. 287/CBTT-CKHP as follows: State Securities Commission Official Dispatch sent Official Dispatch No. 7772/UBCK-QLKD dated 15/11/2024 to Hai Phong Securities Joint Stock Company upon receipt of the Corporation’s dossier of information disclosure of maximum foreign ownership rate of HAC stock. Accordingly, the maximum foreign ownership rate at Hai Phong Securities Joint Stock Company is 100%, which is full and valid under Degree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 detailing the execution of a number of article of the Law on Securities.
