KTT: Stock at risk of delisting

Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced the following: KTT shares of KTT Investment Group Joint Stock Company are likely to be delisted under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP as the Company has made severe infringements on information disclosure obligations  to the Exchange. Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider compulsory delisting of KTT shares.
HNX requests the company to have feedback on this aforementioned issue within 5 days from this notice.
