According to document no.06/CT-HĐQT dated 02/12/2024 of LILAMA 45.4 JOINT STOCK COMPANY (securities code: L44), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of 2012, 2013 cash dividend payment time (the record date: 29/06/2015) as follows:

Reason: Currently, the company is suspending production & business to restructure the company. The Company is facing a lot of financial difficulties, unpaid salary to employees, large amounts payable to the State Budget (taxes, insurance, etc).  Therefore, the Company has not been able to arrange money to pay dividend.
Other contents in Notice no.770/TB-CNVSD dated 12/06/2015 by VSDC's Branch remain unchanged.
