On 07/12/2024, Halong Beer And Beverage Joint Stock Company announced Official Dispatch No. 886/CV-HLB as follows: State Securities Commission Official Dispatch sent Official Dispatch No. 8256/UBCK-PTTT dated 05/12/2024 to Halong Beer And Beverage Joint Stock Company upon receipt of the Corporation’s dossier of information disclosure of maximum foreign ownership rate of HLB stock. Accordingly, the maximum foreign ownership rate at Halong Beer And Beverage Joint Stock Company is 51%, which is full and valid under Degree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 detailing the execution of a number of article of the Law on Securities.
