LTG: Cancellation of the record date of the shareholder list for 2024 Extraordinary general meeting

Pursuant to the document No. 409/CV-TĐLT dated December 17, 2024 of Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of the record date for  2024 Extraordinary general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation - Ho Chi Minh City Branch (CNVSDC) would like to announces as follows:
Cancel the list of the last record date of 12/11/2024 for 2024 Extraordinary general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 1930/TB-CNVSDC dated 25/10/2024 by VSDC's Branch
Reason for cancellation: The Board of Directors of Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company has approved Resolution No. 55/NQ-HĐQT dated December 17, 2024 on postponing the date of the 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, accordingly the 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will not be held on December 20, 2024 as previously announced and the company will postpone the date of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to a more suitable time.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
