     * Share issue to outstanding shareholders:
          - Number of shares to be issued: 612,474 shares
          - Exercise rate: 2:1 (01 share - 01 rights, 02 rights are entilted to buy 01 new share)
          - Issue price: VND10,000/share
          - Rounding method: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit.
          - For odd lot shares and undistributed shares: Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than that offered to outstanding shareholders. 
To ensure that the offering of shares meets the regulations on the maximum foreign ownership ratio at the Company, The Board of Directors will only redistribute the odd shares arising from rounding, the shares that shareholders do not register to buy, or do not pay for (if any) to domestic investors.
 In case the deadline for distributing shares expires according to the provisions of law (including the extension period (if any)), if there are still undistributed shares, these undistributed shares will be canceled and the Board of Directors will decide to end the offering
