CTC: Stock at risk of delisting

The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced the following: CTC shares of Hoang Kim Tay Nguyen Group Joint Stock Company are likely to be delisted under Point o and d, Section 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP as for the reason “Listed organization whose enterprise registration certificates have been revoked” and “shares that have not been traded on the Stock Exchange for a period of 12 months”. HNX will consider taking action to enforce the compulsory delisting of CTC shares. HNX requests the company to have feedback on this aforementioned issue within 5 days from this notice.
