PVR: Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice of stock status

Pursuant to Decision No.1257/QD-SGDHN dated 23/12/2024. HNX announces the continued trading restriction of PVR stock as follows:
-   Base of review: Decision No.146/QD-HDQT-PVR dated 31/10/2023 and Decision No.154/QD-HDQT-PVR dated 18/12/2024 of the BOD of Hanoi PVR  Investment JSC on suspending the business activities of the company (starting from November 15, 2023)
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company has suspended their business operations for 01 year or more;
- Other reason for trading restriction: the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2023
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Point(s) c, d Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Hanoi PVR  Investment JSC shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 149/QD-SGDHN dated 21/03/2024.
