SAC: Maximum foreign ownership rates

On 24/12/2024, Sai gon port stevedoring and service joint stock company announced Official Dispatch No.29/CBTT as follows: State Securities Commission Official Dispatch sent Official Dispatch No. 8661/UBCK-PTTT dated 19/12/2024 to Sai gon port stevedoring and service joint stock company upon receipt of the Corporation’s dossier of information disclosure of maximum foreign ownership rate of SAC stock. Accordingly, the maximum foreign ownership rate at Sai gon port stevedoring and service joint stock company is 0%, which is full and valid under Degree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 detailing the execution of a number of article of the Law on Securities.
