VCM: Change in personnel

Vinaconex Trading and Manpower JSC announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Le Huy Giang has been appointed Managing Director for a 3-year term with effect since 02/01/2025.
- Mr. Nguyen Vu Thien has been appointed Deputy Managing Director for a 3-year term with effect since 02/01/2025.
