S96: Not transferring cash for dividend payment

Related to payment of 2010 cash dividend of Song Da No 9.06 Joint Stock Company (securities code: S96) (record date: 01/07/2011, payment date: 31/12/2024), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
As of 11:00 a.m. on 30/12/2024, VSDC has not yet received the dividend payment amount or the explanation document on the delay in transferring money from Song Da 9.06 Joint Stock Company. Therefore, VSDC will notify Members of the time for payment of 2010 cash dividend of S96 shares after receiving the notification document from Song Da 9.06 Joint Stock Company.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
