QHD: Notice on adjusting maximum foreign ownership rate

On 25/12/2024, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (“VSDC”) received Official Dispatch No. 13469/VSDC-DKCP.NV from State Securities Commission regarding the adjustment of the maximum foreign ownership rate of QHD shares. Accordingly, VSDC announced the adjustment of the maximum foreign investor ownership rate of securities code TBD from 49% to 0%, with effect from 27/12/2024.
