DDB: Transferring registration, depository data of DDB shares from HOSE to UPCOM

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for DDB shares from HOSE to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 12,000,000  shares
- Total value of registered securities: VND 120,000,000,000
From 07/01/2025, VSDC will transfer data of registration and depository of DDB shares from HOSE to UPCOM.
Reason: Shares of Dong Duong Construction And Trading Joint Stock Company are approved for trading registration on UPCOM in accordance with Decision no.1265/QĐ-SGDHN dated 25/12/2025 by Hanoi Stock Exchange.
