Following Decision No. 20/QD-SGDHN dated January 09, 2025, HNX announces the being put out of alert of DCH stock as follows:
- Base of review: Dispatch No. 384/2024/CTDC-TCHC dated 30/12/2024 and Annual General Mandate 2024 No. 01/2024/NQ-DHDCD dated 18/12/2024 of Ha Noi cadastral survey Joint stock Company;
- Reason: The Company have conducted the Annual General Meeting 2024;
- Effective date: 16/01/2025;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.

On January 09, 2025, HNX announces the status of Ha Noi cadastral survey Joint stock Company’s shares (stock code: DCH) as follows: DCH shares are put out of alert from January 16, 2025 due to the reason(s) that the Company have conducted the Annual General Meeting 2024 according to point b Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
