CTC: Transferring registration, depository data of CTC shares from HNX to UPCOM

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for CTC shares from HNX to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 15,799,926  shares
- Total value of registered securities: VND 157,999,260,000
From 16/01/2025, VSDC will transfer data of registration and depository of CTC shares from HNX to UPCOM.
Reason: Shares of  Hoang Kim Tay Nguyen Group Joint Stock Company are approved for trading registration on UPCOM in accordance with Decision no.13/QĐ-SGDHN dated 06/01/2025 by Hanoi Stock Exchange but still meets the condition that a public company must register to trade on the UPCOM trading system as prescribed in Article 133 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 of the Government stipulating the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law.
