EVS: Resignation letter from the position of Member of the B.O.D and General Director

On January 9, 2025, Everest Securities Joint Stock Company received the resignation letter from the position of Member of the B.O.D and General Director of Mr. Pham Hong Minh. The resignation of Mr. Pham Hong Minh from the position of Member of the Board of Directors will officially take effect from the time it is approved by the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders. Regarding the resignation from the position of General Director, the official time will take effect from the date of the State Securities Commission's written approval on the change of General Director - Legal Representative of the Company.
