Decision on being put out of alert
Following Decision No. 27/QD-SGDHN dated 13/01/2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces the following stock will be put out of alert as follows:
- Issuer: Low Current -Telecom Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: LTC
- Base for consideration: Annual General Mandate 2024 and Dispatch No. 01/2025/CV-LTC dated January 06, 2025 of Low Current -Telecom Joint Stock Company on having organized the Annual General Mandate 2024 and requesting to put LTC shares out of alert;
- Reason: The Company organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024;
- Effective date: 17/01/2025;
- Applicable laws: Point b Section 4 Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading Management of Unlisted companies attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

Notice on stock status
On January 13, 2025, HNX announces the status of Low Current -Telecom Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LTC) as follows:
- LTC stock is put out of alert under from 17/01/2025 based on the Decision No. 27/QD-SGDHN dated 13/01/2025 as the Company organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 under Point b Section 4 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange;
- LTC stock is under trading restriction under Decision No. 1030/QD-SGDHN dated 01/10/2024 due to the fact that the auditing company gave a disclaimer of opinion to the Company’s Financial Statements 2023 under Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
