- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right - Meeting time: 28/03/2025 - Meeting venue: Meeting hall of Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company, Bau Tre 2 Hamlet, Tan An Hoi Commune, Cu Chi District, Hochiminh City (Road D3-Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone) - Meeting agenda: Report on 2024 business results and 2025 business plan by the Management Board; Reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), the Supervisory Board (SB) on 2024 activities; 2024 audited financial statements; proposal for earnings reserved for fund establishment and payment of 2024 dividend; proposal for 2024 earnings reserved for bonus to the BOD and other relevant issues. b. Advance Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment place: + The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account. + The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company, Bau Tre 2 Village, Tan An Hoi Commune, Cu Chi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (D3 Road - West North Cu Chi Industrial Zone) (on working days Monday - Friday) from 09/04/2025. ID cards and power of attorney in case of authorization have to be presented. Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction. Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 28/02/2025 If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities. DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
