DECISION ON THE STOCK REMAINING ON ALERT
Following Decision No. 50/QD-SGDHN dated 22/01/2025, HNX announces the following stock remains on alert as follow:
- Issuer: Petec Coffee Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: PCF
- Securities type: common stock
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: - The company has an annual financial statement given a qualified opinion by an audit organization for 03 consecutive years or more;
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock remains on alert as prescribed in this Decision, Petec Coffee Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 69/GD-SGDHN dated 06/02/2024

- PCF shares remains on alert following the Decision No. 50/QD-SGDHN dated 22/01/2025 due to the reason that the audit organization gave a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements for more than 3 consecutive years as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
