Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 51/QD-SGDHN dated January 23, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DAC stock as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Audited Financial Statement of 2024;
- Reason for trading restriction: The company has negative owner’s equity recorded in audited Financial Statement of 2024;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, the company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On January 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of DAC shares as follows: DAC shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reasons that the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in audited Financial Statement of 2024 as prescribed at point a Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
