VQC: Change in personnel

Vinacomin Quacontrol JSC announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Tran Van Cu, Head of Capital Management Board of Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Holding Corp. Ltd, has been appointed Chair of the Board  of Vinacomin quacontrol JSC with effect since 17/01/2025 (term 2021-2026)
- Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung has been dismissed from Chair of the Board  of Vinacomin quacontrol JSC with effect since 17/01/2025
