SDN: First Advance Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend and 2025 Annual General Meeting

1. First Advance Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 5%/share (500 VND per share)
- Payment time: 20/03/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at Dong Nai Paint Corporation, road 7, Bien Hoa 1 industrial zone, An binh ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province from 20/03/2025 or via bank transfer. Original ID cards have to be presented. 
2. 2025 Annual General Meeting
- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- meeting time: 04/2025 tentatively, to be announced
- Meeting venue: at the office of DongNai Paint Corporation, Road 7, Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report on 2024 production and business, management and 2025 production & business Plan;
+ Summary report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2024 activities and 2025 directions
+ Proposal for 2024 audited financial statements
+ Report by the Supervisory Board on management of the BOD, Management Board in 2024 and the 5th term (2020-2024)
+ Other issues within the authority of the General Meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 06/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
