VE8: Decision on VE8 stock under continued alert and supervision and Notice on stock status

Following Decision No. 66/QD-SGDHN dated 11/02/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: VNECO8 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: VE8
- Effective date: 14/02/2025
- Reason: The auditor gave qualified opinions to the Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Other reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 was negative.
- Applicable law(s): Points b and c Section 1 Article 37 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Corporation shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No. 1195/QD-SGDHN dated 07/11/2024 by Hanoi Stock Exchange.

Following Decision No. 67/QD-SGDHN dated 11/02/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued supervision as follows:
- Issuer: VNECO8 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: VE8
- Effective date: 14/02/2025
- Reason: The Corporation kept violating their information disclosure obligations after the alert was issued by the HNX
- Other reasons: Owner's equity in the Financial Statements Q3/2024 was negative; Accumulated loss exceeded paid-up charter capital in the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 and profit after tax in 2022 and 2023 was negative
- Applicable law(s): Points b, c, d and k Section 1 Article 38 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Corporation shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No. 1196/QD-SGDHN dated 07/11/2024 by Hanoi Stock Exchange.

- VE8 stock is under alert under Decision No. 66/QD-SGDHN dated 11/02/2025 as the auditor gave qualified opinions to the Audited Financial Statements 2023 and undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 was negative;
- VE8 stock is under supervision under Decision No. 67/QD-SGDHN dated 11/02/2025 as the Corporation kept violating their information disclosure obligations after the alert was issued by the HNX; Owner's equity in the Financial Statements Q3/2024 was negative; Accumulated loss exceeded paid-up charter capital in the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 and profit after tax in 2022 and 2023 was negative.
