VCA: 2025 Annual General Meeting

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: Wednesday, 09/04/2025
- Meeting venue: at the office of VICASA - VNSTEEL Joint Stock Company, address: Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Road No. 9, An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam.
- Meeting agenda: 
+ Report on 2024 results of production and business activities and 2025 plan;
+ 2024 activity report by the Board of Directors;
+ 2024 report by Independent Board Members:
+ 2024 activity report by Board of Supervisors;
+ Independently audited 2024 financial statements;
+ Proposal for 2024 profit allocating and earnings reserved for fund allocation;
+ Proposal for 2025 profit distribution plan and earnings reserved for fund allocation;
+ Proposal for 2025 salary and remuneration payment plan to the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, Executive Board and Secretary of the Board of Directors; 
+ Proposal for selection of an auditing company for 2025 financial statements;
+ Dismissal and election of members of the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors (if any);
+ Other issues within the authority of the General Meeting.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 12/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
