HTM: Announcement of information on the separation of Hanoi Trade Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company

On February 10, 2025, Hanoi Trade Joint Stock Corporation received Official Letter No. 01/TB-HTBG dated February 10, 2025 of BacGiang Trade Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company and Official Letter No. 01//TB-HTTM of Hanoi Trade Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company on the implementation of the company separation plan. Accordingly, implementing the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 of Hanoi Trade Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company, BacGiang Trade Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company was separated from Hanoi Trade Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company (the separated company). After the company separation, the number of shares of Hapro in Hanoi Trade Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company is 646,298 shares, equivalent to 61% of charter capital and in BacGiang Trade Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company is 2,402,262 shares, equivalent to 61% of charter capital. Hapro discloses unusual information according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 11 of Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020.
