VCM: Change in personnel

Vinaconex Trading and Manpower JSC announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Le Huy Giang has been appointed General Manager, Person in charge of Corporate Governance, Information Disclosure Officer with effect since 17/02/2025
- Mrs. Tran Hai Yen has been dismissed from Person in charge of Corporate Governance, Information Disclosure Officer with effect since 17/02/2025
