SPI: Decision on stock under suspension and Notice on stock status

Pursuant to Decision No. 73/QD-SGDHN dated 14/04/2025, HNX announces the stock is under trading suspension as follows:
- Issuer: Spiral Galaxy Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: SPI
- Effective date: 18/02/2025
- Reason: The Company made recurring violations on information disclosure following the decision to be put under trading restriction, specifically delayed submission of the Financial Statements Q4/2024 and Annual Corporate Governance Report 2024. 
- Applicable law(s): Point c Section 1 Article 41 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 1161/QD-SGDHN dated 28/10/2024 by Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under trading suspension.

On 14/02/2025, HNX announces the status of Spiral Galaxy Joint Stock Company (stock code: SPI) as follows: 
- SPI stock is under alert under Decision No. 1179/QD-SGDHN dated 01/01/2024 as the auditor gave qualified opinions to the Audited Financial Statements 2023 and undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 was negative;  The Company kept violating information disclosure obligations over 4 times in a single year.
- SPI stock is under supervision under Decision No. 1162/QD-SGDHN dated 28/10/2024 as Profit after tax 2022 and 2023  was negative.
-  SPI shares are under trading suspervision based on Decision No. 73/QD-SGDHN dated  14/02/2025 as The Company made recurring violations on information disclosure following the decision to be put under trading restriction, specifically delayed submission of the Financial Statements Q4/2024 and Annual Corporate Governance Report 2024.​
