PEG: Decision on the stock remaining on alert and Notice on stock status

DECISION ON THE STOCK REMAINING ON ALERT
Following Decision No.74/QD-SGDHN dated 14/02/2025, HNX announces the following stock remains on alert as follow:
- Issuer: Petec Trading and Investment Corporation
- Stock code: PEG
- Securities type: common stock
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: Petec Trading and Investment Corporation is a company that is subject to mandatory delisting due to an audit organization giving a qualified opinion on its annual financial statements for 03 consecutive years;
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock remains on alert as prescribed in this Decision, Petec Trading and Investment Corporation must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.74/GD-SGDHN dated 15/02/2024.

- PEG shares remains on alert following the Decision No.74/QD-SGDHN dated 14/02/2025 due to the reason that the audit organization gave a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements on 03 consecutive years as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
