DCS: Change in personnel

Dai Chau Group Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung has been appointed Chair of the BOD with effect since 28/05/2024;
- Mr. Do Van Khue and Mr. Do Hong Dat have been appointed Vice-chair of the BOD and Legal Representative with effect since 28/05/2024;
- Mr. Nghiem The Quy has been appointed General Manager with effect since 28/05/2024;
- Mr. Hoang Xuan Vuong and Mr. Tran Manh Hai have been appointed independent Member of the BOD.
