COM: 2025 Annual General Meeting and Advance payment of 2024 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

a) 2025 Annual General Meeting

- Execution rate:  1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: 18/04/2025 at Level 10, COMECO building, no.549 Dien Bien Phu, ward 3, district 3, Hochiminh city 
- Meeting agenda:
+ 2024 audited financial statements
+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2024 activity results
+ 2025 Production & business directions
+ Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on 2024 business results, activity results of the BOD, CEO
+ Proposal for profit distribution
+ Proposal for 2025 remuneration to the BOD, SB
+ Proposal for selecting an auditing company for 2025 financial statements
+ Proposal for approving contracts, supply of petroleum
+ Other related issues within the authority of the general meeting

b) Advance payment of 2024 cash dividend
- Payment rate: 1:1; 15%/share (1,500 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 04/04/2025
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the office of MATERIALS PETROLEUM JOINT STOCK COMPANY, address: COMECO building, level 9, 549 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 3, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City on working days from 04/04/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 20/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
