S96: Change of 2010 cash dividend payment time

According to document no.05/2025CV dated 13/02/2025 of Song Da No 9.06 Joint Stock Company (securities code: S96), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce change of 2010 cash dividend payment time as follows:
- Payment time announced in Notice no.13128/VSD.DK.NV dated 30/12/2021 by VSDC:  31/12/2024 
- Payment time adjusted: 31/12/2027
Reason: Due to the Company's difficulties in arranging funds to pay 2010 dividend within the approved time.
Other contents in notice no.13128/VSD.DK.NV dated 30/12/2021 by VSDC are remain unchanged.
DMs are requested to inform the notice to investors who have deposited S96 shares at DMs.
