NTW: 2025 annual general meeting

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Planned Meeting time:  18/04/2025
- Meeting venue: Nhon Trach Water Supply JSC (Nhon Trach Industrial Park, Tran Phu Street, Hiep Phuoc Town, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province)
- Meeting agenda:
+ Approval of report on 2024 production & business results and 2025 plan;
+ Approval of 2024 audited financial statements;
+ Approval of report by the Board of Directors on the governance situation; 2024 performance results of the BOD and each member of the BOD; 2025 Operational direction.
+ Approval of report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on the inspection and supervision of 2024 Company's production and business activities.
+ Approval of 2024 profit distribution plan, fund allocation, dividend payment;  2025 plan
+ Approval of 2024 salary and remuneration fund settlement of the BOD and SB; 2025 plan.
+ Approval of selection of an audit company for 2025 financial statements;
+ Other related issues (if any)
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 18/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
