TTL: Cancellation of the record date

Pursuant to the document no.65/TLG-HCNS dated 19/02/2025 of Thang Long Joint Stock Corporation (TTL) on cancelling the notice of finalizing the shareholder list for 2025 Extraordinary general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 28/02/2025 for 2025 Extraordinary general meeting in accordance with Notice no.323/TB-VSDC dated 10/02/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: To save costs, time for shareholders in attending the meeting and organization costs because the time of organizing the extraordinary General Meeting is close to the time of 2025 Annual General Meeting to be held in May 2025.

DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
