ING: Decision on continued trading restriction

Pursuant to Decision No. 90/QD-SGDHN dated 24/02/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of ING stock as follows:
-   Base of review: Audited financial statements 2024
- Reason for trading restriction: The company has negative equity in its audited 2024 financial statements.
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Investment and Construction Development Corporation shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 926/QD-SGDHN dated 23/08/2024.
