ART: ​Notice on the decision on partial suspension of securities trading activities for BOS Securities

Hanoi Stock Exchange suspends securities trading activities on the listed market and the registered trading market for BOS Securities according to Decision No. 11/QD-SGDVN dated February 17, 2025 of the General Director of Vietnam Exchange as follow: 
Article 1. Suspension of securities purchase activities on the listed market and the registered trading market for BOS Securities at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange and the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
Reason for suspension: BOS Securities was placed under control by the State Securities Commission in Decision No. 1118/QD-UBCK dated October 11, 2024 of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission.
Suspension period: From 17/02/2025 until the State Securities Commission decides to remove the BOS Securities from the list of control.
Article 2. BOS Securities is responsible for disclosing information about the Decision according to regulations.
Article 3. The Head of the Member Management Board, General Director of Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, General Director of Hanoi Stock Exchange and BOS Securities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
